a) Self attested photocopies of certificates and mark sheets in respect to qualification of the candidate (Class-8th, 9th, 10th for the post of Helper-Cum-Night Watchman, Cook and Housekeeper & for Counselor, Probation Officer, Storekeeper cum Accountant House Father,
Educator, Art and Craft-Cum-Music Teacher, PT instructor-Cum-Yoga Trainer staff - Secondary, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post Graduation or any other professional degree).
b) One recent self-attested color photograph (3.5 x 4.5 size) should be affixed to the application form.
c) Certificate of experience issued from previous employers or any other institution if any.
d) Self declaration regarding non involvement in any criminal activities especially child related offence.
e) Police verification (character certificate) if any.
